We begin by understanding how the space will actually be used, not just how it should look, then translate that into a coordinated plan covering layout, finishes, and sequencing of trades. Design coordination happens before work starts on site, so carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finishing teams aren’t working off conflicting assumptions about dimensions or timing. During execution, we track progress against that plan and inspect finishing quality at each stage — flooring, paint, fixtures, joinery — rather than waiting for a single inspection at the very end. We also sequence trades deliberately, since work done out of order, like flooring before final electrical points are fixed, tends to create rework that costs more than doing it in the right sequence the first time. For renovations specifically, we assess existing structure and services first, since what’s hidden behind old walls often shapes the real scope more than the visible brief does.
